Mango Tango art gallery and Philo Villas have teamed up to host the second annual trunk or treat, with the proceeds benefiting the Virgin Islands Bar Foundation’s Moot Court Competition. Each year the competition awards $12,500 in scholarships to participating high school students and provides a significant opportunity to develop and advance public speaking and advocacy skills and promote the study of law.
